93% of Huddig employees have completed digital basic training in sustainability
In the spring of 2024, Huddig conducted a digital basic training in sustainability for all employees. The purpose was to strengthen knowledge in the field of sustainability and create a common foundation and commitment to the company's long-term work to reduce its environmental impact.

The training consisted of six lessons sent out at one-month intervals and covered key topics: “What is sustainability?”, “What is the greenhouse effect?”, “From waste to circular economy”, “What is greenwashing?”, “Agenda 2030 at Huddig” and “What is overshoot day?”.
By breaking down the topic into concrete parts, the employees gained a broad understanding of sustainability and its importance globally and within Huddig's operations.
The response to the training has been positive. As many as 93% of employees chose to complete the course, and the answers to the associated questions show that most consider it essential that Huddig acts for the climate.
Sustainability is an issue that engages and is essential for both Huddig and the employees. Investing in knowledge strengthens the foundation for future initiatives and creates a workplace where sustainability is a natural part of our business.
Huddig's journey towards a more sustainable future continues, and employee engagement is crucial to that development.
