LIFT HUDDIG LIFT has a working height of 20.1 meters and, like all our lifts, can be operated either from the basket or from the driver's seat. The 2000B has a smooth joystick of the same type as the excavator joysticks in the cab. In the basket, the control device is larger and adapted for working with gloves. The entire control system is redundant for safety reasons and, in combination with rail equipment , the swing limiter rail equipment both the lift and excavator unit the same key. The leveling of the personnel basket is stepless for a smoother and more comfortable working environment. The quick coupling of the basket and pole retainer fast and easy transport.

With a HUDDIG RAIL lift in work platform mode Type II, an installer can operate the lift from the basket while the machine and its attachments are controlled from the cab by the operator. Read more here

HUDDIG LIFT is particularly well suited for railway work, as its low weight allows you to work at greater distances from the machine. You can also pass through most tunnels thanks to its low transport height. HUDDIG LIFT has a working height of 14.2 meters. It is operated either from the basket or from the driver's seat. The quick coupling of the basket and pole retainer fast and smooth transport.

With a HUDDIG RAIL lift in work platform mode Type II, an installer can operate the lift from the basket while the machine and its attachments are controlled from the cab by the driver. Read more here

LIFT II – for safe and efficient railway work

LIFT II
– for safe and efficient railway work

With LIFT II, the machine can travel along the track (up to 8 km/h) while work is in progress. The system monitors both speed and lifting torque in real time, ensuring that everything proceeds safely and smoothly. This results in a smoother workflow and fewer, shorter stops. Perfect for jobs involving overhead lines and poles where every minute counts.

Need to stand still? Easily switch to Type I—or combine both modes in the same machine. The lift can also be operated electro-hydraulically with the diesel engine turned off, providing extra precision during installation work. LIFT II is available only for the European market and is certified for LIFT and 2000B in combination with HUDDIG RAIL 64 series).

rail equipment track operation in 9A mode, which means the drive is on the rear rail wheels. Can also be operated in 9C mode.

With HUDDIG’s hydraulically driven rail wheels, you can operate the machine directly on the rails—completely independently of the rubber wheels. This makes it possible to work on track sections where rubber wheels are not permitted, while also protecting the tires from unnecessary wear. For transport, this means you can move faster and with greater stability along the track. The result is a smoother workflow where you can get around efficiently—without interruptions or detours.

By equipping your HUDDIG remote control , you remote control control your machine from outside the cab, giving the operator greater mobility outside the machine.

Updated “One-for-all” R/C module

With our updated remote control , you remote control full control over the machine’s most important functions—even when you’re outside the cab. This allows you to work closer to the work area, which improves both precision and safety, especially in situations where visibility from the cab is limited. All HUDDIG machines are pre-equipped for remote control, making installation simple.

Remote control is particularly useful for precision work, for example, where you need to stand closer to your excavating point optimal safety and millimeter precision. Using the control unit, you can operate the machine’s most important functions easily, smoothly, and safely. The transmitter is handheld unit carrier strap; the receiver is mounted in the cab. A charger and two batteries are included. All machines come pre-wired for remote control cabling for easy installation of remote control.
