Vancer - new dealer and service provider for Huddig in the United States
Vancer was founded to engineer, build and distribute quality, innovative and safe maintenance-of-way (MOW) equipment for the railroad industry in the United States. From October 2018, they are a new dealer and service provider to Huddig for the US Railroad segment.
Vancer is strategically located in the Midwest region of the United States where the rail industry has its heart. Here you will find some of the world’s largest rail companies and every year, Vancer carries out maintenance of thousands of miles or railway rail.
"The agreement with Vancer is strategically important for us in our efforts to continue to establish HUDDIG in the US market," says Daniel Myrgren, Marketing and Sales Manager at Huddig AB. Vancer is the right partner for us. They have high skills and long experience in railway maintenance. They are innovative and drive development forward. In addition, they have a large network of contacts, which is important to us when we want to position HUDDIG at railway companies in the United States.
Huddig has experience working with Vancer in previous constellations, so trust in the company is already very good.
Hans Bergqvist, Area Sales Manager for the United States at Huddig, will be the one who works operatively with the Vancer team.
"It is very positive that we signed this cooperation agreement. I am convinced that Vancer will complement our already existing dealer, Supertrak, in a good way, "says Hans Bergqvist. I look forward to working with Todd, Mark, Joel and others in the team.
On Thursday, the 9th of November, Vancer invited customers and partners to attend
"Huddig Day" with machine memos and information at the company's premises in Galesburg, Illinois. Hans Bergqvist from Huddig was in place during this event.
In addition to Galesburg, Vancer has a facility in Lincoln, Nebraska.
